Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends and public holidays.

After your order has been shipped, delivery usually takes around 6–10 working days to arrive.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, peak seasons, or other situations beyond our control.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees will be calculated and shown at checkout before payment.

Any free shipping promotions will only apply when clearly stated on our website.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a tracking number by email or SMS, depending on the courier service used.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to be updated.

5. Incorrect Shipping Details

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

LumaLab is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If the parcel is returned to us due to incorrect details, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipping.

6. Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to the customer being unavailable, refusing the parcel, or providing incorrect contact details, LumaLab will not be responsible for any additional charges or delays.

Customers may need to contact the courier directly to arrange redelivery.

7. Lost or Delayed Parcels

While we will assist where possible, LumaLab is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, weather conditions, or other situations outside our control.

If your parcel appears to be heavily delayed, please contact us so we can assist in checking with the courier.

8. Damaged Items During Shipping

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the case and advise on the next steps.
